DIY Wedding Package

Pricing: $6,000

  • Duration: 5 Hours; (Ceremony and Reception) 4pm - 9pm
  • Up to 100 people max

Included in the DIY package is:

  • Ceremony site; Decorated heart and arbor
  • Ceremony site; Up to 100 chairs (Staff will set up chairs)
  • Barn reception area (Air conditioned / Heated)
  • Tables and chairs for reception area
  • Tables for gifts, beverages & cake in reception area
  • Table decor (Table runner, greenery/florals and centerpiece)
  • Food pavilion
  • Food pavilion; Tables for food
  • Designated loft area for DJ
  • Lighted courtyard with cocktail tables & benches
  • Porch bar for bartender
  • Firepit (Staff will start and maintain)
  • Dressing suit #1 (Wedding party only)
  • Dressing suit #2 (Wedding party only)

Fees and Deposits:

  • To Hold-the-Date for your wedding, a non-refundable $500.00 retainer is due.
  • After the Hold-the-Date is booked, we will schedule a design meeting with the wedding couple only to start the wedding planning. A non refundable (minimum 25%) down payment is due at this time.
  • Event insurance is required. Average price is $125
  • A 3.5% processing fee will be added to any payments made with a credit or debit card.
