Simple Wedding Package


“Simple Wedding Package”

  

Monday–Thursday (4-hour ceremony and reception)

Up to 44 guest  $7000.00

45-70 guest  $7700.00

71-100 guest  $8200.00

 (extra guest over 100, charge is $25.00 per person)

(Friday or Sunday add $1,000, Saturday add $1500)

 (for extra hour(s) add $150 per hour)


Barn, lighted courtyard, porch, and buffet food serving pavilion, Market lights and Saloon

Fire Pit (fire wood provided)

Bridal Suite (use for bridal party only to get ready)

Gentlemen’s Quarters (2 hours use for groom and groomsmen to get ready)

Farm style 8’ tables, benches, chairs for guest 

Sweetheart settee and table 

On hand décor, centerpieces, vases, silks greenery, florals, candle holders, candles and table runners

Tableware (disposable hard plastic and napkin, plate charger)

Tables for gifts, food, beverages, and cake.

1½ hour wedding rehearsal (add $75 per ½ hour over)

Reserve Your Wedding Date

To Hold-the-Date for your wedding, a non-refundable $500.00 retainer is due to hold the date. Contract with us within 30 days, 25% down payment at this due at this time. A monthly payment schedule will be set up with the final payment due one month prior to your wedding day

***Dog/Small Pet Policy (to include a pet in your wedding, must be crated after ceremony, not allowed in buildings (barn, food area, bridal and grooms rooms), if so the $300 deposit per pet will not be refunded

“Venue Rental –For the “Do It Yourself” Wedding or Event”   

6-hour event (10-hour total includes 3 hrs to set up and 1 hr to clean up) ($150 for each extra hour)

up to 100 guests ($15 per extra guest)
