Up to 10 hours total includes: 5 hour event, 3 hours to set up and 2 hours to clean up. (only people allowed on the premises prior to the ceremony time, are here to set up and to get ready in bride or groom’s room prior to ceremony) (the petting farm area is not included)
This inclusive package includes:
· Photo Booth (unlimited photos)
· A/C Barn reception area with table seating to up to 150 people
· Table decorations: table runner, silk greenery and florals, vases, and lanterns
· Designated loft area for DJ
· Dance Floor
· Lighted courtyard with Cocktail tables and benches
· Covered porch with rocking chairs, tables and chairs
· Catering pavilion set up for serving buffet style meal
· Saloon and Bartender (bring your own alcoholic beverages, please no bottled beer)
· 1½ hour wedding rehearsal (cost of $75 per ½ hour over time will be deducted from security deposit)
· Ceremony sight, decorated Heart Arbor under giant Oak Tree
· Ceremony sight, up to 150 brown folding chairs
· Aisle and ceremony entrance decorations
· Bridal Suite with access to bathroom (use for bridal party only)
· Gentlemen’s Quarters with Big Screen TV (2 hours use for groom’s party to get ready)
· Farm style 8’ tables, benches, chairs for guest
· Sweetheart settee and table
· Tables for gifts, food, beverages, and cake.
· Fire Pit (firewood provided and staff will start and maintain fire)

***Reserve Your Wedding Date To Hold-the-Date for your wedding, a non-refundable $500.00 retainer is due. You will need to contract with us within 30 days of booking date, a 25% down payment of total wedding balance is due at this time A monthly payment schedule can be set up with the final payment due one month prior to your wedding day .

***Dog/Small Pet Policy (to include a pet in your wedding, must be crated after ceremony, pet is not allowed in buildings (barn, food area, bridal and grooms rooms), if so the $300 deposit per pet will not be refunded
